Skol 317 is a beautiful and very fully-equipped, air-conditioned apartment offering great privacy with 2 completely separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and 2 toilets.  Skol 317 sleeps 4 adults.  Child cot available on request.

317 has a fantastic, south-facing, front corner location on the third floor.  Two balconies give spectacular and uninterrupted views: East across the Constitution Park to the Old Town, South across the Marina and Mediterranean to the African Coast, West to Gibraltar and North to the protective La Concha mountain.

The South balcony is fully-glazed with ‘glass curtain’ style retractable windows that allow year-round use.  Particularly attractive in the cooler winter months.  The glasses incorporate sun shades for use as required.

High quality appliances include American-style fridge/freezer, fan oven, microwave, food processor, Nespresso, dishwasher and washing machine.  The ensuite master bedroom has a double bed and the smaller bedroom, 2 adult-sized bunk beds.  Both bedrooms have direct access to the East balcony.  USB charging points are liberally sprinkled.

Free, high-speed fibre optic internet (500mbs nominal) in the apartment.  2 Samsung Smart TVs:  mainroom (55” 4K Ultra HD) and master bedroom (FHD) in English, Spanish and most other European languages plus Netflix, YouTube, VOD and UK catch-up services.  Plenty of kids’ channels too.

The Skol benefits from a 24hr Reception service, 2 adult swimming pools and one separate for children and sunbeds for hire. Cafeteria in the gardens. Free Wi-Fi in the Business Centre at reception and direct beach promenade access for residents. Laundry, electricity and water included in the rental price. Beach towels also included.
